Atlas Warehousing (Pvt) Ltd. – an Atlas Group Company incorporated in 1979, was merged with Shirazi Investments (Pvt) Ltd. in 2002. The Company now owns and manages godowns in S.I.T.E. area in Karachi, and offers warehouse facilities to the Group companies as well as other clients. In keeping with the Atlas philosophy, the godowns are of the highest quality, professionally maintained and provide extensive facilities.

The godowns and ancillary offices are located in the purely industrial locality of Sindh Industrial Trading Estates (S.I.T.E.), Karachi, facing 100 feet wide main Shershah Road and has a 50 feet wide road on the other side. The approaches to the property are free and clear from all encumbrances and access from all parts of the city is fast and convenient.

The buildings are constructed along strict structural guidelines with reinforced cement concrete (RCC) foundations/footings, columns, beams and slabs with clear span of 50’ wide and 20’ clear ceiling heights. Finished floors are 4 feet above road level, accessible with ramps. The ancillary structures include a gate-house and office blocks. Electrical works include main cabling, light fixtures such as fans, flourescent fixtures at low height and mercury lamps on the ceiling. Telephone wiring has been provided.

The size of godowns varies between 3000 sq. ft. to 10000 sq. ft.
